We need to reisnstate borstal now!
It was disbanded in the 80s because of wishy washy liberal human rights laws.

Run by ex military who dont mess about ,no teaching the handicapped to yodel! hard labour-digging foundations for new prisons,making things of use like window frames for buidlings they destroyed.East anglia has the buildings & the scope to open at least 6 massive borstals.There are hundreds of empty military bases lying dormant-these can be used & the labour-well isnt it obvious?!
