EJUP GANIC - STOP HIM!

Ejup Ganic was the leader of the Muslims in Bosnia and Herzegowina and war commander of Bosnian paramilitary forces during the war in Yugoslavia (Bosnia) in 1990s. He has been indicted by Serbian authorities as being responsible for the murder of the soldiers of the Yugoslav National Army in Sarajevo in 1992.

There was a treaty between Bosnian forces, Yugoslav National Army and UNPROFOR to peacefully withdraw these young man from Sarajevo to Serbia.

These soldiers have been withdrawing from their compulsory military service to Serbia under a white flag with the protection of UNPROFOR. Many of them were already wounded. Their murder is a brutal breach of the Geneva convention and by definition a horible war crime.

Since the offical organs of Bosnia and Herzegowina have declared that they will not process this case, the trial of Ganic should be held in Serbia.

Don’t allow for us to live in a world where criminals can escape accountability for their crimes!

Don´t allow that victims on one side become less important than victims on the other!

Don´t allow for us to live in a world with selective justice and double standardsrule for victims and criminals!

Ejup Ganic je bivsi lider bosanskih muslimana i komadant paravojnih formacija u Bosni koji je osumnjicen kao naredbodavac ubistva pripadnika JNA u Sarajevu 1992. godine.

Postojao je sporazum izmedju UN, JNA i paravojnih formacija tzv. Teritorijalne Odbrane da se vojnici mirno sprovedu iz Sarajeva na bezbednu teritoriju, ali Ejup Ganic je prekrsio ovaj dogovor. To je grubo krsenje Zenevske konvencije i predstavlja strasan ratni zlocin.

Obzirom da aktuelni politicki establisment u BiH najavljuje da nece pravedno procesuirati ovaj slucaj, potrebno je da Ejup Ganic bude izrucen sudskim organima u Srbiji.

Ne dozvolite da kriminalci izbegnu pravdu!

Ne dozvolite da zrtve na jednoj strani budu manje vazne od zrtava na drugoj strani!

Ne dozvolite da zivimo u svetu selektivne pravde i duplih standarda za zrtve i kriminalce!
