"We the petitioners would like in the first instance to see Elisabeth Skinner offered a short term contract to enable her to continue her employment until the completion of the academic year 2011/12.

This would enable Elisabeth to continue with her role not only of double marker, and an ART but also provide her knowledge, insight etc to the students of the Community Engagement and Governance Degree course, which is invaluable to the local council sector and a key part of the membership of the Institute of Local Council Management"
