Fuel prices in Aylesbury

- sign now
Goal reached ! 140 / 50

We the undersigned are concerned that the price we pay for fuel in Aylesbury is far higher than other towns in the area. As at 16 Feb 2012 you’d pay £1.36.9 a litre for unleaded fuel in Aylesbury, £1.31.9 in Milton Keynes, £1.32.9 in High Wycombe and £1.31.7 in Luton. The only possible reason we can see for the higher price of the fuel in Aylesbury is the fact that we only have one supermarket chain Tesco’s that supplies fuel. The higher price that we pay for fuel in Aylesbury is damaging to individuals and businesses in these dire financial times and we therefore ask Tesco’s to live up to its slogan that “every little helps” and bring the price they pay for fuel in the town more into line with what they charge in other towns in our area.
