Give more support against discrimination to people with dwarfism

How it has become that whilst it has for many centurys become far more socially unacceptable to discriminate or name call a person of a different race such as black or asian or a person with a disabilty of not being able to walk meaning they need permananant use of a wheelchair to get around, most people wouldn't dream of discriminating or bullying to a person with that disability or a different nationallity however when you come across a person who suffers dwarfism or short statue meaning they may be unusually shorter than their average peers of roughly the same age group, many people seem to think nothing and it has become an acceptable society to discriminate against peopel with this disabiliy.
People got to realise that they are still humans like everybody else and regardless of anything they should deserve the same respect, equality and chances in life, employment, education and social/relationships that everyone else recieves the chance to and to realise how these people may actuall feel when being unfavoured or not having enough society support for what they go through.
Being of short statue dosen't become a huge complication through the physical restrictions, it is only through 'societys' way of treating towards people with this disability whether socially or employment etc that gives a lot of them extreme low esteem by which reducing their chances of employment, socialising, communication and people skills, people got to realise that we are all different, we all have strengths and weaknesses, some suffer more than others but we have to learn to live as a whole in this society and respect one another and treat another equally regardless of what disability they have.
If most people would get the book thrown at them for even a simple name calling offecne to someone who was black for instance, why not the same approach to someone with dwarfism.
In most cases, their disabilties are not extreme meaning most people with this condition can still live just as independently and can still walk, talk, drive, eat, drink, socialise and feel positive and have a laugh exactly the same capabilities a more average build person has but we need to stop this outragous discrimination and extreme micky taking once and for all and give more respect and courtesy for them and make discrimiating people of all disabilities and differentals socially unacceptable.
