PETITION AGAINST SAINSBURY'S POLICY ON HAIR COLOUR

Goal : 531 / 5000

I have been told that if I continue to have unnatural hair colours I will not be allowed to continue working in my local Sainsbury's store, despite having worked there for over a year, having 100 % four times on MCM and being one of the hardest, most competent workers there.
I feel that if Sainsbury's discriminate against their workers because they have more colourful hair, then should they stop serving customers with similar hairs styles?
We serve all of the local community and yet do not represent all of it.
This is a petition to change this outdated and irrelevant policy to allow interesting hair colours.
