Barbies are seen as role models to thousands of girls, but studies show if Barbie was a real person she would have very unrealistic proportions and will be 39% under the weight of a average anorexic. Children who play with Barbies are much more likely to get eating disorders when older. To make matters worse, the Barbie doll is getting thinner by the year! Please sign this petition to get Mattel to make Barbie a more healthy role model! Thank you for reading.
