We, the undersigned, petition Totton & Eling Town Council to install a pelican crossing on Michigan Way, Totton, to enable local residents, school children and pedestrian users of Morrisons superstore to cross the road safely. Drivers typically speed through this busy thoroughfare while children are trying to cross the road on their way to/from school.
