Petition to stop the proposed building of an Industial pig factory farm in Derbyshire

Midlands Pigs Producers said its premises in Foston would have 2,500 sows and 20,000 piglets in its indoor industrial unit. South Derbyshire Council will consider whether to approve the plans in August. Please urge the Derbyshire council to stop this horrific plan, The only time these pigs will see the outside is on the way to slaughter. The plant will be very unsightely and produce terrible smell. Please sign this petition and let the Derbyshire council know that we do not want this slaughter house.
