Beech Hill Library, Wigan has been part of the community for 50 years.
We the undersigned wish to keep it as such & are against it's closure. We feel that the contribution of this local library to the social, cultural and educational life of the local residents is invaluable. We also think that any volunteer system is not a viable alternative to the expert librarians who run it.
