Save Manchester's Rock Radio from being changed to Real Radio XS

We the undersigned believe that GMG Radio are making a mistake by changing the name of our beloved Rock Radio Manchester to Real Radio XS. We accept that the brand Rock Radio has been sold and as such can not be used, we also accept that by being more closely associated with the Real Radio brand it would bring many benefits in the form of advertising and generating income.

However this would detract from the fact it is a rock music station and as rock music fans this undermines our devotion and loyalty.

With this in mind we are therefore petitioning for the name to be changed to Real Rock Radio which should satisfy both GMG management and the listeners!
