The Scottish Government should not be corrupt, particularly not in its criminal justice system, which corruption oppresses law abiding Scots.
For example, the Scottish Government's Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) department are unlawfully prosecuting the law abiding twin brothers John and Philip Mitchell of Macduff on lies from Grampian Police (GP) that the Mitchell brothers assaulted GP Officers who went to their Macduff home on 4th January and 13th February 2011 claiming to have an Apprehension Warrant (AW), while it was also seen that the GP Officers did not have an AW but just, at best, Aberdeen Sheriff Court minutes (of which GP apparently stupidly gave copy on the second occasion) and so GP had no right being at the Macduff home.
Preliminary pleas of incompetence regarding the claimed, non-existent/invalid AWs were corruptly repelled by the corrupt Sheriff Philip Mann in Banff Sheriff Court, who gave the impression of ruling the claimed AWs to be valid even though the COPFS refused, and still refuse, to produce the claimed and invalid AWs as evidence, despite the charge papers falsely claiming copy of AW as a production. The corrupt Grampian Area Procurator Fiscal (PF), Anne Currie has even written saying there are no AWs to disclose, yet is still prosecuting the cases (PF Refs. BA11000019 and BA11000106) in the corrupt Banff Sheriff Court with the non-independent and unlawful aid of corrupt Sheriffs and the corrupt Scottish Court Service's (SCS's) corrupt Sheriff Clerks, Tracey Reid and Isla Ritchie.
The baton of Sheriff corruption has also been taken up by the corrupt Sheriff Peter Hammond and the corrupt Sheriff Robert Fife who both claimed without any substantiation that the AWs had been ruled valid (by Sheriff Mann) when the claimed AWs have yet to be produced and argued to be valid by the COPFS!
The cases are set for Trial in Banff Sheriff Court (BSC) on 5th December 2011 when a corrupt Sheriff will be required for the obvious intended conviction of the Mitchell brothers, who could be imprisoned for many months after doing no wrong, but having been assaulted and abducted by GP and corruptly prosecuted by the COPFS. Any appeal would be likely to be obstructed by Sheriff lies, as Banff Sheriff Court's corrupt Sheriff Patrick Davies did in 2007 after he purportedly found the Mitchell brothers guilty of charges of which they had not even been charged! Scottish Sheriffs are unaccountable and have the unlawful freedom/authority to lie and otherwise act unlawfully and criminally in their job, which unaccountability should be stopped.
Complaints to GP have proved a waste of time as they are backed by the Scottish Government's corrupt Police Complaints Commissioner for Scotland (PCCS), as have complaints against the Sheriffs as they are backed by the Scottish Government's corrupt Judicial Office for Scotland (JOS), as have complaints to the SCS about the Sheriff Clerks, and it would be a further waste of time to complain about COPFS, PCCS, JOS and SCS to the Scottish Government's corrupt Scottish Public Services Ombudsman (SPSO).
The First Minister, Alex Salmond, the Scottish Justice Secretary, Kenny MacAskill and all 8 North East of Scotland MSPs have refused to respond to pleas of help to have the COPFS's corrupt prosecution of the Mitchell brothers dropped.
The primary aim of this petition is to highlight Scottish Government corruption, particularly by its criminal criminal Scottish justice system (both criminals intended) and more particularly by its arms of the corrupt GP, the corrupt PCCS, the corrupt COPFS, the corrupt SCS, the corrupt SPSO and the corrupt JOS with its corrupt Sheriffs.
The secondary aim of this petition is to pressure the COPFS into dropping its wholly unlawful, unmerited, corrupt, abuse-of-process prosecution/persecution of the Mitchell brothers in the corrupt Banff Sheriff Court, with the hope that it may also dissuade the COPFS from similarly acting unlawfully and corruptly against other similarly wholly innocent Scottish citizens.
Any other law abiding Scot could be similarly oppressed by the Scottish Government.
The Mitchell brothers have only been bravely standing up to corrupt authority.
