traffic penalty tribunal

i find this dept not up to scratch and in fact seeming only listens to councils side of claim.There is no appeal (which would seemingly be against justice and fairplay) and they refuse to listen to defendants side of story or in fact heed any evidence to the contrary of the councils claim.

They are willing to accept CEO (traffic Wardens) wording that 'he has reason to believe a violation has taken place' -well either it did or did not- i could say i have reason to believe i did not do this- it is just another way to screw the driver
