We the undersigned are disappointed at Norwich City Council's administration failings that served to halt the 'Taking the Lead' campaign.
We ask that NCC (Norwich City Council) urgently resume work with F.A.I.T.H. Animal Rescue and give this campaign the support it deserves!
'Taking the Lead' is a project that will offer free neutering, micro-chipping and free dog discs to all dogs from local authority housed families within NCC area.
